Wow. What a disappointment! The restaurant here. It used to be a favorite. But I was there tonight, and the only thing that is still wonderful is the building. The menu has changed from last year. Most of the fun eclectic food is gone. There are almost no entrees at all. Instead, it's moving toward bar food. The service isn't what it used to be either. The people don't appear to be happy to be there. If you're sitting outside, you have to grab your own silverware, napkins, etc. When it's time to order, you have to walk up to the bar to do so. If you want water or ice tea, get it yourself. I'm not surprised that the place was almost empty. It was so much better in years past. It's not a favorite anymore.
This inn is just awesome... We got there so late and weren't able to really enjoy the amenities but the room was amazing.
Excellent help and service. We had to leave at 630 in the morning, breakfast isn't served until 7. That said, we asked if they could set something aside and they were more than gracious in accommodating our request. It is also in a very beautiful location and is a great venue.
About ten miles outside of telluride but nice accommodations. Dog friendly, restaurant/bar on site and good continental breakfast.
It was clean, modern but had an old inn charm. Would definitely stay here again when I'm in San Juan.
The Angler Inn was awesome. Great friendly staff that made you feel right at home. Didn't get to try the in house restaurant sadly, but the breakfast was all home cooked and tasted awesome. Definitely would stay again!
